It's my belief that everyone that walks in my door is the expert on their life. I see my clients as whole people, not diagnoses on a paper. Rather than focusing on what’s “wrong” with you, I focus treatment around creating compassion for how your lived experiences have impacted your wellbeing. I focus on utilizing your strengths to help create more balance and serenity in your life. Instead of solely focusing on reducing unpleasant symptoms, I find it essential to explore the root of such issues and employ a holistic approach to your wellness.
